However just like a butler, there are only so many things we can do at once (no octopus on #teamunicorn sorry 🐙).

You can have any two (2) active tasks open at any one time that our team will be working on (for example one website page or setting up your evergreen webinar). As soon as a task is finished, we start on the next one. 

You can keep the Kajabi Butler service for a long as you like. You'll find as our team get to know you and your business better, the task turnaround will get faster, as we can anticipate your needs better.

Whilst you can cancel any time, please bear in mind that there is a $500 setup fee for this service. If you cancel your Butler service and start again, you will need to pay this setup fee again. The fee is waived for all 6 and 12 month subscriptions. We charge this fee for month to month as it does take a lot of time on our end to onboard a new client and ensure you get the best possible service from our team. We do allow you to pause your service for 1 month in every 12 month period, without having to start again. During your pause, you won't have to pay anything, but you won't be able to request any work. If you're on a 12 month plan, we can pause for 1 month and add a month to the end you'll end up with a 13 month plan. 

You will be assigned a project manager, who is your personal unicorn. Your project manager will ensure all your tasks are completed as quickly as possible to high standards. When you submit your task, we'll let you know how long we expect the work to take - it does depend on whether it is a complex or simple task.

We have a great and talented team, which gives you access to a broader talent pool and enables us to turn your work around in the quickest possible timeframe.

You can have up to two tasks in progress at any one time, once a task is finished, you can submit a new one. You can submit as many tasks as you like each month, this is an unlimited service and you'll never pay more!

We have a team of specialist VA's and tech support staff, personally trained by Unicorn Advisory CEO + Kajabi Expert, Sue McLachlan. Our talented unicorns are are committed to providing you with the very best care.

You don't just get one staff member or VA to work with, you get an multi-talented entire team, PLUS your own personal project manager, who will ensure all work is top quality.

Pretty much anything related to Kajabi is included.

To give you some ideas:

• setting up website pages (or even your entire Kajabi website)
• Creating a webinar funnel
• Adding your blog posts to the site
• Setting up your domain
• Creating your offers and products
• Making your membership or course look beautiful
• Updating pages or products
• Creating a new opt-in funnel
• Setting up paypal or stripe integrations
• Creating basic graphics for your course or membership, such as thumbnails, course mockups or PDF guides (copy to be supplied)
• Sending out your email newsletters or setting up sequences
• Creation of a tripwire offer
• Setting up a quiz funnel
• Checking all your pages and funnels are working correctly
• Updating your SEO details
• Managing members (including adding/removing to Facebook groups)
• Monthly content drops for memberships
• Creating transcriptions for your lessons and loading them to your courses and memberships
• and all the other jobs you have in Kajabi that you will NEVER have to think about again!

Whilst our team are amazing Kajabi unicorns, we are not able to include custom coding in the butler package.

Copywriting is also not included, but we will review your copy (and proofread) and offer suggestions on ways to improve it if necessary.

You will get 1 x 30 minute strategy session with Sue each month. If you would like additional strategy sessions (say if you're coming up to or in the middle of a huge launch) so you wanted more than 1 session, that would be an additional cost.

Yes, you could! If you were lucky enough to find the right VA who knows Kajabi and what course and membership creators need. 

The right VA can be really challenging to find and you'll often lose a lot of time training them, with the risk they could just disappear one day.

The big benefit of a team (and having a project manager) is that you can trust the work is taken care of. We take on the risk of someone disappearing or their internet not working, as we have multiple team members that can work on your tasks. We have also invested the time in training our team and creating SOP's - which is a bit time and money cost of getting your own VA. This is a MUCH quicker path to getting started.

Plus, if any of our team ever get stuck, they won't come to you asking for help, they have Sue's Kajabi expertise on tap (which means you do too!)

If you're on the month to month option and your payment doesn't go through, we let you know and retry in a few days. If the payment doesn't go through on the second try, your service will be paused until payment is made.

If you find that two open tasks isn't enough, you can get a second Butler service at a 20% discounted rate, so you can have four open tasks at once.

Depending on the size of the task, most tasks will be done in under 24 hours. Your project manager will be able to guide you on timeframes for bigger tasks.

For small tasks, you may be able to get 2 or 3 tasks turned around in a 24 hour period.

You can have 2-3 tasks pending and once we finish a task, we can move on to the next task in your list, so you don't need to wait until the next day to request a new task.

You could absolutely do it all yourself and if you're a DIY person we have lots of great support options for you, such as Unicorn Heroes or 1:1 Kajabi coaching with Sue.

However, if you are doing everything in your business yourself, you will likely find yourself burning out very quickly and not spending time on what matters most!

Worse, you could come to resent your business because you're spending hours and HOURS on it each week (instead of spending less time working like you intended).

Our team is available 8am-9pm Monday-Friday, Sydney time (AEST), so there is crossover in all timezones.

We respond to enquiries within 2-3 hours during this time and ASAP outside of available hours. We may increase the available hours in future.
